We produce coulored polyester thick felts - needled such as:

• with polyester netting
• in addiction to protect from getting dirty we use needled PES foil
• we use PU foam, which covered our felts

Thick felts can be needled one or both sides. Width is up to needs of our clients, maximum to 160-180 cm.

We produce also thick felts - quilted:

• poliester coloured
• polyester-cotton
• cotton

Minimum distance of quilt is 3,5 mm. We produce thick felts (quilted) maximum to 200-220 cm (width).
Length of bales and pulp of thick felts is up to needs of our Clients.

Our production of batting and filler for pillows is dedicated to very demanding producers of pillows and counterpanes.
Battings are produced in standard measurements - width 160 cm from primary polyester staple fibre (normal and silikonized) and also recycled fibre. We use coloured yarn to separate battings from each other.
Production of pillows filler is depending of Clients needs: bales or PES bags.
Our trade offer includes also silikonized PES balls, this product is being more popular but the technology of production is well know for many years. We produce also filler called - spring silikonized for long lasting products (special machinery, which produce semi-opened silikonized stample fibre with springs. The springs are opening for all the time of using pillows and cussions).

Battings and fillers for pillows can be packed into bales or PES bags - we can unpump the air from bags to minimize the measurements during transport.
Standard weight of bale is from 10 to 20 kilos.
Silikonized balls and springs are usually packed into bags. The bags weight is from 30 to 60 kilos.

We are direct importer of polyester staple fibre and also silikonized fibre.
We import our subjects of trade offer from Korea, Taiwan, China and Malesia.
Standard lenght of fibre is 64 mm and thickness - 7 den.
We can import polyester staple fibre, which characterizes different technical data - for special order of our Clients.
Our firm also sales mix of coloured and simply white recycled fibre - we use tearing machine and mixer to make the future filler more comfortable for carding.
